My Favorite Gluten and Corn Free Flour Mix

Feather Light Gluten Free Mix

4 cups Rice Flour
4 cups Tapioca Flour
4 cups Arrowroot Powder
4 TB (tablespoons) Potato FLOUR not potato starch there is a big difference!


This is for a 12 cup mixture.  I put it in a Tupperware cereal storer it works really well.  This is a great mix for pancakes, pie dough, cookies, and cakes.  The arrowroot can be a little overwhelming in plain cookies such as sugar cookies.  Not the best for bread mix.

If you want to make a smaller batch it is all 1 to 1.  The potato flour is 1 teaspoon per cup.
